Greetings, Ahni, Boozhoo, Wotziye, Tansi, Waachi’ye and Bonjour!
We would like to welcome all of our new visitors to our new site! Finally….we are Live! Firstly, I hope you love this new website because it took a great deal of work to get this launched.
Before going any further, I must in total appreciation humbly thank Rajneesh at www.WebsiteNext.com who built this site from the bottom up. This is an amazing website development company and I am still a little bewildered at their intuitiveness and speed. Forget Go Daddy… Go to Rajneesh!
Within the next few months, we will be adding more material to the marketplace and eLearning course site. Askii is in the process of working with an eLearning course development team to bring accredited addictions and mental health courses for you. As a newly accredited trainer with the ICBOC, my goal is to offer a full range of certification courses for First Nations NNADAP and Addictions workers living in the north. Soon we hope to be accredited trainers able to provide you with all the required education course requirements for securing the Addictions Specialist I & II certification – accredited e-courses delivered to your tablet, laptop or Smartphone all 100% mobile. Stay tuned for updates on our progress with our online courses. Every month we will have something new on this site, so we want everybody to stay tuned in for our new blog posting. Not only will there be subjects dealing with mental health and addictions, but also on Indigenous culture and the politics of Aboriginal self-determination.
For all of my Ontario near and dear clients living on Manitoulin Island, you now have the ability of staying connected though my e-counselling services which you can access on this site. Angela and I are looking forward to building more education and training within our outreach service model. We hope you enjoyed the website tour and please bookmark this page. Give us a call or send us an email…. We would love to hear from you!
Happy Spring everybody! Until next time …..
Marc and Angie
